LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT
Please call and we will try to work you into the schedule later that same day.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COME
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However,when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.
RESCHEDULING
If you have made an appointment but are unable to keep it, please contact us at least half hours in advance, so that another needy patient can be accomodated in that time.
FOR NEW PATIENTS
If you are coming to our clinic for the first time, you need to book an appointment prior to your arrival.
Call 88984 42215 / 9702070304 to schedule a well child visit with your doctor. Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment time.
In case the appointments are full Online call the clinic on 022 35959656, We will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule and will provide same day appointments for sick visits.
